Weld Sheriff seeks information about stolen trailer from Pelican Lakes

The Weld County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for information about a trailer stolen from the Pelican Lakes Ranch area.

The trailer was stolen about 7:15 p.m. last Saturday, July 9 from a home that is under construction. The homemade flatbed trailer was loaded with lumber when it was stolen.

The trailer is mostly black except for the rear two feet, which features aluminum diamond plate. It also has a black diamond plate toolbox. The license plate is CEM Y46.

The trailer was last seen heading south on Weld County Road 39 near Weld 32. It was being towed by the suspect vehicle, which is a new blue GMC Sierra 4-door pickup with a lift kit and distinctive rims. The truck didn’t have visible license plates and the suspect concealed his face when exiting through the neighborhood’s guard shack.
