Weld County Sheriff’s Office deputies recovered earlier this week several stolen vehicles with an estimated value of a little over $200,000.

About 8:30 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to a report of a stolen skid steer. The investigation led deputies to a property in the 19000 block of Weld County Road 28, about nine miles east of Platteville.

Although the skid steer wasn’t located, deputies did recover three stolen pickups and a 40-foot camper. A Jeep Cherokee also was located on the property and is suspected of being an unreported steal. The value of the Jeep has not yet been determined pending further investigation.

Two men were at the property and fled the scene upon the arrival of deputies.
