Weld deputies seeking information about runaway boy

Posted on 03/30/2020

The Weld County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help with locating a 14-year-old boy who ran away from home over the weekend.

Aaron Faulkner left home about 8 a.m. Sunday. He lives in the 11500 block of Colo. 392, which is about 3 miles east of Windsor.

Aaron is a habitual runaway who usually leaves his house on foot. On Sunday, he drove off on a 2010 red Honda ATV.

Aaron, a student at Highland Middle School in Ault, is described as white, approximately 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown Carhart jacket, blue jeans and black rubber mud boots.

Aaron has been located in the Windsor and Timnath areas in the past. His family believes he might be trying to get to his biological mother’s house in Greeley.

The photo of the ATV attached to this news release is the same make and model, but it isn’t the exact ATV Aaron is riding.

Anyone with information is asked to call Weld County Non-Emergency Dispatch at (970) 356-4000, hit prompt 2 to speak with a dispatcher, or Det. Jeff Meadows at (970) 400-2854.
