WCLETA Logo

The Weld County Sheriff's Office offers a full Colorado POST Academy for law enforcement agencies throughout northern Colorado; we do not accept applications from private citizens.

The Weld County Law Enforcement Training Academy has been providing quality law enforcement education since the spring of 1994. During its 20 plus years the academy has consistently provided cadets with a balanced environment that promotes teamwork, integrity and the tools to successfully serve their community. The WCLETA boasts a success rate that places it consistently in the top 5 academies state wide.

The next academy for agency personnel and agency volunteers will be February 12th, 2017 - December 12th, 2017.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,
