Poudre Trail Incident
On Saturday, September 30, 2017, at approximately 03:52 pm, the Weld County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a male holding a sign with an obscene message written on it, on the Poudre Trail, Unincorporated Weld County, Colorado.

When Deputies arrived on scene, they learned from the reporting party was walking on the Poudre Trail and spotted an adult male not wearing a shirt, sitting on the bench, holding a sign suggested that he would expose himself when people waved at him.

The Male suspect, identified as Daniel Scott Kinney DOB 07/28/1981 was issued a summons, and directed to stop his actions immediately.

The Weld County Sheriff’s Office, would like to thank the person who originally reported the incident to Dispatch. The Weld County Sheriff’s Office wants to remind the community when you see something suspicious, report it to authorities as soon as possible.

All charges are merely accusations until proven guilty in a court of law.
