Roadside Robbery
On October 26, 2017, at approximately 01:38 am, the Weld County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the Eaton Police Department to speak with the reporting party who reported being robbed on the side of the road on HWY 392 and WCR 35, in Unincorporated Weld County, Colorado.

When deputies arrived on scene, they learned the reporting party was on his way home, when he observed two females standing around a vehicle with its emergency flashers on. The reporting party stopped to offer his assistance.

As the reporting party was offering his assistance, an unknown male party exited the vehicle with a club-like weapon, pinning the reporting party to the vehicle. The unknown suspect then began to search the pockets of the reporting party, only stopping when he located cash. The suspect then got back into the vehicle along with the two other females and drove off.

Male suspect description: Approx. 6’0”, thin build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, with the hood pulled tight around his face.

Female suspect descriptions: Both wearing jeans, approx. 5’6”-5’7” tall, average build, one Caucasian, one possibly light skinned Hispanic, wearing hooded sweatshirts, with the hoods down.

Vehicle description: Red Volkswagen Jetta, very dark window tinting with air bubbles in it (not professionally installed), no hubcap on the rear passengers side wheel and wheel was black unknown license plate.
The Weld County Sheriff’s Office is looking for any information that may lead to the arrest of these individuals. If you have any information, please call the numbers listed below.
