[Weld County, CO] The Weld County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating several cattle that have been reported missing and are presumed stolen from multiple herds northeast of Greeley. The cattle are believed to have been taken some time around the beginning of October; however, the exact timeframe varies. Three separate herds were affected, each with different last-seen-together dates and different grazing locations.

In total, 14 Black Angus cows are missing. Brand information for the animals is attached to this release. The Colorado Brand Inspector has been notified, and the missing cattle have also been reported to their office.

Anyone with information, tips, or who may have observed suspicious activity in the area is asked to contact the Weld County Sheriff’s Office. You may also email Deputy Lase at elase@weld.gov or call him at (970) 356-4015 and reference case number 25W006326.
