Arrested Bishop Infante Hernandez Aguirre

[Weld County, Colo.] WCSO patrol deputies along with one detective worked relentlessly over the weekend and into yesterday afternoon to solve a robbery that occurred in Hill-N-Park last Friday, around 3:32 P.M. The last suspect was identified and arrested last night.

WCSO patrol deputies responded to a burglary in-progress on North Shenandoah Street and learned from the two victims that three males and one female allegedly entered the victim’s home, assaulted them, and stole a television.

Through their investigation, deputies quickly developed probable cause, and arrested four individuals on suspicion of the following charges:

  • Richard Bishop, 34, arrested on Dec. 20, and charged with: Third degree assault-2 counts, first degree burglary-forced entry-residence, and robbery.

  • Roberta Infante, 43, arrested on Dec. 20, faces charges of: Third degree assault, first degree burglary-forced entry-residence, and robbery.

  • Tyrone Hernandez, 38, was arrested on Dec. 20, on suspicion of: Third degree assault-2 counts, first degree burglary-assault, and robbery.

  • Antonio Aguirre, 38, was arrested Dec. 22, and is charged with: First degree burglary, robbery, and third-degree assault.

We sincerely appreciate the Fort Collins Police Department and the Loveland Police Department for their dedication, partnership, and assistance throughout this case.

All charges are merely accusations, and a defendant is presumed innocent until, or unless proven guilty in a court of law. ###
