Well-Being Check Leads to Arrest of 28-Year-Old Male

[Weld County, CO.] WCSO patrol deputies responded to a check on the wellbeing call at 12:26 A.M. in the 4700 block of Grand Canyon Drive, in the Hill N Park subdivision.

The reporter alleged an adult male was trying to have sex with an underage female.

Deputies responded to the residence and conducted interviews. Through their investigation, deputies learned the suspect did not make physical contact with the victim but asked the victim several times if she would have sex with him. The victim did not feel free to leave the room where the incident was taking place, and at one point, the suspect offered the victim alcohol. Deputies were able to establish probable cause to arrest 28-year-old Anthony Fisher on suspicion of the following charges:

• False Imprisonment

• Second degree contributing to the delinquency of a minor

• Harassment

There is no danger to the community.
