[Weld County, COLO.] Today, Weld County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested 36-year-old Jonathan Najera-Rodriguez following an investigation into video sexual exploitation of a child.
Detectives began their investigation on June 26, 2025, after receiving several cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) involving an individual allegedly uploading several videos of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Today, deputies arrested Najera-Rodriguez at a traffic stop at Highway 34 and 47th Ave on suspicion of sexual exploitation of a child-video, 123 counts.
The sheriff’s office remains committed to conducting rigorous investigations and pursuing prosecution against those who target or exploit children online.
