[Weld County, Colo.] The sheriff’s office is relieved to announce the alert for 19-year-old Mae Foos has been cancelled, she is alive, and has been safely located.
Thank you to the Weld County community for sharing our post, spreading the word about Mae, and showing up to help search for her. Your support and willingness to take action truly made a difference, and we are grateful for every effort made on her behalf.
A sincere thank you also goes out to all the law enforcement agencies that responded, as well as the Platte Valley Protection District, Colorado Search and Rescue, and the Weld County Office of Emergency Management. Their coordination, professionalism, and commitment were instrumental in supporting this effort.
