WCSO detectives still searching for Kaysey Yoder

[Weld County, CO]- The Weld County Sheriff’s Office is still actively investigating the disappearance of then, 34-year-old Kaysey Yoder and is urging anyone with unreported information to come forward.
On January 14th, 2024, around 4:00 P.M., Kaysey Yoder walked away from the 36000 block of Appy Road in unincorporated Weld County, Colorado. Kaysey’s husband reported her missing the following day at 11:29 A.M. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans, black knee-high combat style boots, and she was carrying a gray, green, and blue athletic backpack.
The sheriff’s office has completed an extensive investigation into this case, which has included multiple interviews, searches using drones, K-9’s, on-foot searches and visual searches. Be on the lookout alerts for Kaysey were also sent to surrounding law enforcement agencies. Detectives have also proactively followed up on several tips and reported sightings of Kaysey. Additionally, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Weld County District Attorney’s Office, 19th Judicial District were consulted on this case. While these efforts have not yet led to finding Kaysey, the sheriff’s office remains committed to exhausting every possible lead to solve this case.
